Freelancers often juggle projects, clients, and deadlines—managing finances shouldn’t be another struggle. This app brings everything into one place: track income and expenses, invoice clients effortlessly, and handle tax declarations stress-free. Designed with simplicity in mind, it helps freelancers stay organised, confident, and in control of their finances.

Visual Identity: Clean and Minimalistic

The app’s visual identity is built around simplicity and elegance. A clean, minimalistic interface ensures a seamless experience, with a neutral grey palette that adapts to both light and dark mode. Pops of colour are used for easy recognition of clients and services. It creates a balance between functionality and aesthetics. The result is a modern, distraction-free workspace tailored for freelancers.

Communication: Clear, Friendly, and Engaging

The app’s communication style is designed to feel approachable and effortless. No complicated jargon - just simple, friendly language that makes finances easy to understand. A touch of playfulness and emojis keeps things engaging, turning tasks like invoicing and tax filing into a smoother, stress-free experience.

No static templates - this app adapts to your workflow. Smart suggestions pull data from recent clients, services, time of the month and patterns, making tracking income and expenses quicker and more intuitive. Key details like date, client name, and invoice amount are stored for tax declarations, while time spent, tags, and notes help power detailed analytics. Everything is designed to save time and reduce manual work.

The app makes it easy to upload multiple documents at once - whether it's photos, images, or PDFs. Users can upload files from their device or take photos of receipts and invoices directly within the app. Once uploaded, the documents are automatically scanned, analysed, and categorized as either income or expense. Users can quickly review and adjust details if needed, or simply confirm and add them. This streamlined process helps freelancers stay organised and save time by reducing manual data entry.

Invoicing is made quick and seamless with smart suggestions for clients and services, streamlining the input process. The app automatically recommends applicable VAT options based on the user’s country of residence and selected services, ensuring compliance. The dashboard provides an overview of due, overdue, and past invoices, making it easy to stay on top of payments. Users can also view and download previous invoices at any time, offering full access to their invoicing history.

Eliminating the Pain of Emails

The invoicing process is streamlined by eliminating the need to write emails. Invoices are sent with neutral, concise text that highlights the most important details, ensuring a professional presentation every time. Templates evolve over time, so users don’t to stick to a single format. For overdue invoices, users can send reminder emails automatically, saving time and effort without the need to compose additional messages.

The app automatically fills in information based on the provided cashflow (and information from previous years), reducing the need for manual input. It also suggests additional expenses that could be recorded. The questions are framed in a clear, understandable way, ensuring a smooth and efficient tax filing process.

The app provides a detailed overview of clients' financial performance across various time frames—3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or a custom range. It presents key metrics like income versus expenses, net income or loss, and a comparison of different streams of revenue and spending. By highlighting the most profitable clients and the relationship between time spent and earnings, the app helps users make informed decisions about where to focus efforts and how to optimize their financial strategies.

The AI leverages the user’s provided information—such as their country of residence and selected services—to offer tailored, accurate answers. With a focus on clarity, the AI communicates both basic and more complex topics in a structured, easy-to-understand language, ensuring users can navigate their tax and freelance concerns with confidence.
